Many people have come to this area and realized how beauatiful AND economical the living is here. The government has become relatively stable, the country is incredibley diverse and there are many opportunities for entrapeneurs to create a lifestyle of the rich and famous on very little investment.

All of the waterfront land on the Rio Dulce was declared national park in the 1980's but much of that land was owned prior to that happening. Some of this land is avalaible on 35 year extendable leases. Much of the inland properties are avalaible for purchase without the lease options and you do not need to be a resident in either case. When people come to me with something, I will do what I can to do title searches to insure a clear title and then post those listings here.
